Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 5 to 10 sprays olive oil spray
- 1 Tbsp Walden farms maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 8oz raw salmon fillets
Steps
- In a bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Pour ¼ cup marinade into a
- large resealable plastic bag.
- Add the salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for up to 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
- Drain salmon, discarding marinade. Using long-handled tongs, lightly spray grill rack.
- Place salmon skin side down on grill rack.
- Grill, covered, over high heat or broil 3 to 4 inch from the heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, bast occasionally w/remaining marinade.
