Ham and Egg Breakfast Bake
No need to do overnight

Ingredients
  • Cooking Spray
  • 12 eggs
  • ½ Cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¾ cups chopped cooked ham or other meat
  • ¾ cup chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • ¾ cup mushrooms (Fresh - Optional)
  • ¾ cup onion (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Beat eggs, milk sour cream and salt in a large bowl and wisk well. Mix ham and peppers or mushrooms or onion into egg mixture. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake in oven until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. About 50 minutes. Cover top of dish with cheddar cheese. Continue baking until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
