Ingredients
  • Biscuits
  • 185g butter
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • ½ cup custard powder
  •  
  • Filling
  • 125g butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar sifted
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 1tsp grated orange rind
  • 2 tsp orange juice
Steps
  1. Biscuits
  2. 1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  3. 2. Gradually beat in eggs. Mix well after each addition
  4. 3. Gradually fold in sifted flour and custard powder. Place teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a lightly greased tray.
  5. Press down with a fork. Bake at 180 for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Cool biscuits on a cake rack
  7. 4. Spread filling, sandwich together and dust with icing sugar.

  9. 1. Cream butter, icing sugar and custard powder until light and flufft. Add orange rind and orange juice. Beat until smooth
