Low Carb Bagels
Servings: 8 Bagels

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 3 Eggs (1 for egg wash)
- 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Tsp Xanthum Gum
- ½ Tsp Swerve Sweetner
- Toppings Optional (Everything but the bagel, garlic or onion salt, cinnamon sugar made with swerve, sesame seeds, etc..)
Steps
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper
- Melt mozzarella & cream cheese in the microwave for a minute at a time and mix well
- Add Almond flour, Eggs, Swerve & Xanthum Gum to the Kitchenaid mixer and combine
- Add melted cheese to the dry mix and mix well
- Tear a piece of dough off and roll into a long snake like tube and connect at the end to form a ring
- Brush bagels with egg wash
- Sprinkle Top w/desired toppings
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
Notes
- Refrigerate or freeze leftovers. Microwave for 30 seconds, toast or pop in the oven to reheat
