  • 1 cup packed flat leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 1 cup packed fresh oregano leaves, or bee balm leaves *see note
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • ½ cup light olive oil *see note
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Zest from one large lemon
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste
