  • 120 g Poblano pepper (1), charred, peeled, seeds & ribs removed
  • 15 g Chili pepper (½), charred, peeled, seeds & ribs removed
  • 850 g Roma tomatoes, chopped or canned
  • 3 g Fresh basil leaves (8)
  • 60 g Kalamata olives, pitted
