  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth, (I like Better than Bouillon Base)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
