  • 1 block extra firm tofu - pressed and coarsely crumbled

  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley - loosely packed
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion - green and white parts
  • ½ cup minced carrot
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black salt - or sea salt, if you can't find black salt
