Cracker Barrell Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 11x14 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
