Pear Cardamom Steel-Cut Oats for Two

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ c water
  • ½ c steel-cut oats, gluten free
  • 1 small pear, chopped (½ cup, heaping)
  • ⅛ tsp cardamom or 1 whole cardamom pod
Steps
  1. add water, oats, pear and cardamom to Instant Pot.
  2. Put lid on and make sure steam release handle is set to closed.
  3. Select manual 3 minutes. NPR.
  4. Top with slivered almonds, sweetener, if wanted.
