Gluten Free Sweet Pastry
Ingredients
  • 275 g gluten free plain flour (I use Doves Farm)
  • 125 g cold unsalted butter or dairy free butter (I find that the Stork baking block gives the best results)
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50 g light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp cold water
