Salt and Vinegar Potatoes
Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Rosemary
  • Potatoes
Steps
  1. 1. Oven 425
  2. 2. Boil potatoes until fork tender
  3. 3. Drain and cool
  4. 4. Put potatoes on a well oiled rimmed baking sheet and mash each one
  5. 5. Brush each with olive oil and season with rosemary, salt and pepper
  6. 6. Bake for 25 minutes
  7. 7. Remove from oven and brush with apple cider vinegar
