Crispy Salmon with Walnut Salsa Verde
Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 pieces of salmon fillet, skin removed, about 2 pounds
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 lemon wedges as a garnish
