  • ⅓ cup ( 70 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ( 7 grams) cornstarch
  • 2- ½ cups ( 400 grams) blueberries (fresh or frozen, see note)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons ( 30 grams) lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
