  • 2 cups grated Asiago cheese
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 ½ lb cooked lobster, crab, and/or shrimp, etc.
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
