  • 2 mangoes, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ½ to 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
