Quinoa brown rice salad
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup roasted pine nuts
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ⅓ cup chopped shallots
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp chili sauce
Steps
  1. 1. Mix dressing and set aside.
  2. 2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing as desired.
