Weight Watchers Marinated Carrots
My version of this recipe from cooks.com
Ingredients
  • 5 c. cooked carrots, sliced (I cut mine lengthwise now)
  • artificial sweetener to equal 1 c. sugar (less if you prefer)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 cups V8 low salt (or tomato juice)
  • ¾ c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Note: Ingredients may have been altered from the original.
