Ingredients
  • ½ c almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)
  • ½ c 2 good vanilla bean yogurt
  • ½ c fat free cottage cheese
  • ¼ c raspberries
  • 1 scoop orgain vanilla protein
  • 1 T (ish) monk fruit sweetener
  • I blended it first and then froze it. Mixed on lite, then remix x2 with a little more almond milk
