French Toast Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf of Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread (cut into quarters)
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Karo Sryup
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
Steps
  1. 1. Mix together the butter, brown sugar, and Karo Syrup  (you can add chopped almonds or walnuts).
  2. 2. Pour the above mixture into 9X13 pan and place the quarters of bread crusty side down in the pan on top of butter mixture.
  3. 3. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt.
  4. 4. Pour mixture over the bread.  This can be done the night before.
  5. 5. Bake at 350 for 45 mimutes uncovered.
