  • ½ cup quinoa flour (or use all oat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon date sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter a tablespoon or two if needed
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • vegan chocolate (bars, chips or other)
