No-Churn Passion Fruit Cheesecake Ice Cream
I used milk kefir yoghurt instead of cream or cottage cheese, 1/2 can condensed milk, didn’t use shortbread biscuits, will let you know later once I’ve checked.
Ingredients
  • 225g full fat cream cheese
  • 1 tin (400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 230g passion fruit pulp
  • 5 to 8 shortbread biscuits, crumbled
