Simple Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats regular or gluten free
  • ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter almond butter will work if you have a peanut allergy
  • ½ cup flaxmeal
  • 2 T 100% pure maple syrup
  • 2 to 3 T honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ c chocolate chips
  • ½ c shredded coconut (optional)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
