  • 1 (8 oz) pkg Kroger Greek Yogurt cream cheese (480 cal, 32g protein)
  • ½ C granulated stevia, equivalent of 1 cup sugar (use the conversion chart on your pkg)

  • 2 pkg (4 serving size) stevia sweetened strawberry gelatin (40 cal for Simply Delish brand)
  • 2 C water, divided
  • 4 C frozen unsweetened strawberries (200 cal, <4g protein for Great Value brand)
  • ¼ C granulated stevia to sweeten the strawberries
