Churro Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 8 oz. (1 brick) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tsp milk, if needed to thin consistency
