  • 2 C. almonds (soaked 12 hours)
  • 2 C. sunflower seeds (soaked 7 hours)
  • 1 zucchini, peeled
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan Salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ C. fresh fennel root, chopped
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. flax seeds, ground
