sweet potatoes 2 medium ones

groundnut or vegetable oil 2 tbsp

garlic 4 cloves

fresh ginger 60g

soy sauce 3 tbsp

mirin 2 tbsp

rice wine vinegar 50ml

runny honey 3 tbsp

dried chilli flakes ½ to 1 tsp
