  • 2 tbsp chia chia seeds
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger use less if you prefer a subtle ginger flavour
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • a pinch of allspice
