Grilled Flatbread with Olive Oil and Za'Atar
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh savory
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground sumac (see note)
  • 2 tablespoons Diamond Crystal kosher salt
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing and drizzling
  • ¾ cup labne (see note)
