Ingredients
  • 200 gms OATBRAN
  • 55 gms SUKRIN GOLD BROWN SWEETENER
  • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
  • 1 LARGE COOKING APPLE AND ABOUT 50 mls WATER
  • 2 PINK LADY EATING APPLES
  • 2 LARGE EGGS
Steps
  1. PEEL CORE AND SLICE THE COOKING APPLE ADD THE WATER AND MICROWAVE UNTIL SOFT IF TO THICK ADD SOME MORE WATER TO MAKE IT TO A SAUCE LIKE CONSISTENCY LEAVE TO COOL
  2. ADD THE BAKING POWDER CINNAMON AND SUKRIN GOLD TO THE OATBRAN STIR THROUGH WITH A FORK
  3. WHISK THE EGGS AND ADD THE COOLED COOKED COOKING APPLE  SAUCE MIX TO THE EGGS MIX TOGETHER
  4. PEEL CORE AND CUT THE PINK LADY APPLES INTO 8 SEGMENTS EACH AND CUT INTO PIECES
  5. ADD THE EGG AND COOKING APPLE MIX TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS
  6. MIX THROUGH WITH A SPATULA
  7. ADD THE CHOPPED PINK LADY APPLES STIR THROUGH PUT INTO A GREASED PAN
  8. AND COOK AT 180 FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL A COCKTAIL STICK COMES OUT CLEAN
  9. THE MIX SHOULD MAKE 12 MUFFINS IF PREFFERED
