Ingredients
- 2-Step Creamy Chicken and Pasta
- Cooked all in one skillet, this family meal is ready in less than half an hour. Keep the ingredients handy for a last-minute great-tasting dinner any time.
- 1 Tbs vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 16 oz bag frozen vegetable pasta blend
- 1 10 ¾ oz can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- ½ cup water
- 1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.
- 2. Stir the vegetable pasta blend, soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- 3. Also delicious with Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery Soup.
