Black Bean Tacos

I collect mostly low sugar, grain &/or gluten-free recipes with a few traditional family favorites thrown into the mix. I also try to use my Instant Pot and Ninja Foodi as often as possible, especially during the hot summer months. Edit: Tex-Mex helped (and is helping) us get through the COVID period and associated price increases.

2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon garlic powder

8 hard taco shells

¾ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
