Healthier Potato and Sweet Potato Bake
Ingredients
  • 50g margarine spread
  • ¼ cup plain flour
  • 375ml can CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
  • 500g Carisma potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 2mm-thick slices
  • 1kg orange sweet potato, unpeeled, cut into 2mm-thick slices
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh sage leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan (or vegetarian hard cheese)
  • 2 tbsp seed mix (pepitas and sunflower seeds)
