The pecan topping on this is so scrumptious, I like it better than marshmallows!
Ingredients
  • 60 to 80 oz of canned sweet potato or pumpkin puree, drained (and rinsed if syrup)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk

  • ¾ cup pecan chips
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar lightly packed
  • ¼ cup white flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup melted butter
