Bruchetta Recipe
Ingredients
  • 5 lbs Roma Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup of minced or chopped garlic
  • ½ cup chopped basil
  • ¼ cup jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oregano or more if you have fresh
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • ½ tsp of red chili peppers
  • ½ tsp of dry basil
  • 1 to 2 heads of green onions
Steps
  1. Cut the roma tomatoes into cubes, and place in a bowl with the olive and vegetable oil
  2. Put all other ingredients after chopping into the bowl and mix together until consistent
  3. Scoop Bruchetta onto toasted french bread slices and warm in oven
