Mexican Beef and Zucchini Skillet

Ingredients
  • 10 oz ground beef, cooked (2 leans)
  • 1 cup Rotel tomatoes, with some of the liquid (2 greens)
  • 2 cups raw zucchini, chopped (4 greens)
  • 4 tbsp salsa (4 condiments)
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning mix (2 condiments)
Steps
  1. Combine beef, Rotel tomatoes, zucchini, salsa, and taco seasoning in a Skillet.
  2. Cook over medium high heat until zucchini is tender. About 5 min
