  • ½ Cup VItal Wheat Gluten
  • ¼ Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 TBSP Modern Mountain Oat Fiber
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 ½ TBSP Monkfruit Sweetener (or low-carb sweetener of choice)
  • 1 ½ TSP Dough Enhancer (optional)
  • ½ TSP Salt
  • ¼ TSP Xanthan Gum)
