Instant Pot Lo Mein
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 6 spring onions, white and light green parts only, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • ½ tablespoon red chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 500 ml (2 cups) vegetable stock
  • 200 g (7 oz) wholemeal noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) snap peas
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) baby corn, cut into chunks
  • 150 g (5 oz) broccoli florets
  • Sesame seeds, to serve, optional
