Soul Food Cornbread Dressing with Stove Top and Jiffy
Ingredients
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (I prefer the herb, sage or turkey flavor)
  • 2 small cans of cooked oysters (chicken of the sea)
  • ½ cup of chopped celery
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 3 whole eggs, beaten
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 4 to 6 cups of chicken stock
  • Seasonings: poultry seasoning, sage and salt and pepper
