1 Bag of Chicken leg thighs

7 to 8 Chicken boulan cubs

water

2 cups chopped carrots

1 chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

salt & paper to taste

Dumplings:

6 eggs

flour

I buy a bag of chicken legs thighs boil the chicken till done. Then pick chicken apart in small pieces. Seperate large pot fill with water put chicken boulan cubes in (7 or 8) let the water boil add 2Cups chopped up carrots add one chopped up onion and celery chopped up small also a cup or so. Add salt pepper let all that boil add the cooked (boiled) chopped up chicken. To make the dumplings take 6 eggs add flour to it and mix it together keep adding flour it needs not be real thick but not runny tho. Then take teaspoons and drop in boiling soup the dumplings will rise to top after they boil a bit. That's chicken dumpling soup. Enjoy!!!
