Ingredients
- 1 Swiss jam roll
- ¼ cup sherry
- 1 serve thermomumma thick custard
- 1 packet raspberry jelly
- Whipped cream
- THICK CUSTARD INGREDIENTS
- 250g cream
- 250g milk
- 2 eggs
- 50g custard powder (or cornflour if preferred)
- 80g raw sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Steps
- Slice & layer Swiss roll in base of dish
- Pour over sherry
- CUSTARD INSTRUCTIONS
- add all ingredients to bowl & cook 8 minutes 90° speed 4
- Pour warm custard over cake
- Allow to cool in fridge while making jelly
- Allow jelly to set in fridge a minimum of 2 hours then pour over custard
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts, chocolate or both
Notes
- Make sure the Jelly has nearly set before putting on top!
