Ingredients
  • 3 cups Brown rice OR multi-grain rice ( I used brown rice)
  • 3 cups of water (I used chicken broth)
  • 1 cup of diced ham, chicken (I used boneless thighs cut up into small chunks), or pork
  • ΒΌ cup of sliced scallions
  • 1 cup grated or matchstick carrots (used matchsticks)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil or butter (did the butter)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce (I put in 2 heaping)
Note: Ingredients may have been altered from the original.
