Groundnut Tikkis (Nutritious Recipe)
Ingredients
  • ½ cup peanuts roasted and powdered
  • ½ cup besan (bengal gram flour)
  • ½ cup spinach (palak) chopped
  • 5 tbsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 1.5 tsp green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp oil warm oil for kneading
  • 2.5 tsp oil for greasing and cooking
