  • 1 tablespoon (10 grams) Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus more for proofing vessels
  • ¾ teaspoon Instant Yeast aka Quick Rise Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 ¾ cups (250 grams) Unbleached Bread Flour
  • ¼ cup (40 grams) Whole Wheat Flour
