Ingredients

  • ½ cup each of four shredded cheeses (Patti recommends Muenster, sharp cheddar, mild cheddar and Monterrey Jack.)
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 8 ounces cheese loaf, cubed (We recommend Velveeta.)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
