Creamy Tortellini with Mushrooms and Pistachio

  • ½ cup heavy cream more or less to taste
  • 8 ounces green peas fresh or frozen
  • Salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste

  • ½ cup shelled pistachios
  • ½ cup parsley freshly minced
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
