2   Cups white sugar 2   Cups white sugar
2   Eggs 2   Eggs
¾  Cup oil ¾  Cup oil
1   Cup sour milk (1 cup milk and 1 Tb. vinegar) 1   Cup sour milk (1 cup milk and 1 Tb. vinegar)
2   tsp. baking soda 2   tsp. baking soda
½  tsp. salt ½  tsp. salt
¾  Cup cocoa powder ¾  Cup cocoa powder
¾  Cup hot water ¾  Cup hot water

Put ingredients in bowl in order given.
Beat 3 minutes or until well mixed. (Batter will be runny.)
Fill paper lined cupcake pans ¾ full.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and Ice.
