Ingredients
  • 8 large red potatoes (we've done up to 5 pounds of potatoes with this amount of dressing)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ⅓ cup homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup sliced and quartered cucumbers
  • Optional: chopped onions, celery or carrots
