Scotch Eggs

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g Pork mince
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Steps
  1. Place 400g water into thermomix bowl, place eggs into basket, 14 min, veroma, sp 3, MC on
  2. Run eggs under cold water to stop cooking
  3. Place pork mince into bowl and mix 5 sec, sp 5, till sausage mince consistency
  4. Divide mince into 4, flatten and spread around each egg.
  5. Flour, egg and bread crumb each egg and fry in oil till browned
  6. Place onto wire rack in Actifryer for 10 minutes to finish cooking.
