  • ½ cup oats quick or classic rolled
  • ¼ cup flaxseed meal
  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate chips of choice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water as needed
